DMEFree Patient Eligibility software starts with a User Login and Password screen.  Users can be setup and given specific access rights, down to the individual screens and procedures they can use.

Above is the Main menu, from which you can...

• Lookup existing patients in your database to run an Eligibility check
• Add new Patients to your database
• Restore a previously run Eligibility check and print it.
• You can run a Quick Eligibility check that does not require the patient to be entered into the system.
• Print reports for a specific date or range of dates showing the Eligibility checks you made and the response CMS sent back.
• Also available are File Maintenance, Utilities, Internet sites and Help Support menus.

Patient Selection screen  On this screen you can click the Patient Eligibility button to make changes to the patient account.

Create unlimited categorized notes using the button.

This is the Process Eligibility screen, you only need the dates of service for a patient that is in your database, very quick!

And then click the button

here are the results...... you can view on screen or print out.

CMS will send you Medicare Part A,  Medicare Part B, Deductible remaining, Hospital, Hospice and so much more!
